I consider my life and career to be an unending journey of growth and development. This journey, aided by education, work experiences, and life lessons, has covered a broad spectrum. It has provided me with the tools needed to succeed in all that I pursue. Most of my life has been spent improving the health and well-being of others. Whatever endeavor I chose to pursue, I have earned the reputation of delivering quality care and service to all those I’ve served. I have worn many hats in my career, and under each one, I have found success while gaining the respect of those I have served. I am recognized as a knowledgeable, conscientious, and loyal provider, vendor, and co-worker. Through my work in the medical device sales field, I honed my ability to be an effective communicator, learned the importance of supply chain management and mastered the art of building relationships. As a small business owner, I developed the skill sets of time management, budgeting, and employee engagement. I learned to build an effective and cohesive team that provides great customer care and service, while delivering results that met the needs and desires of our client base.I am a firm believer in learning something new every day, a fact that is reflected in my curriculum vitae. The only way to become a better provider, a better leader and even a better person, is through the continued pursuit of knowledge. To grow professionally or personally, you must continually expose yourself to new ideas and engage in productive dialogue with all stakeholders.My greatest asset is my ability to develop and to grow relationships. It is a crucial element, not only to the long-term success of an organization, but to the success of the individual. A large part of my relationship building has come through community involvement. My resume is reflective of how important I believe it is to serve the communities in which we live, work and play. Community involvement and engagement has led to my success in everything that I have undertaken and has allowed me to give back to the community that has given me so much.
