We serve approximately 550 people through our federally subsidized housing developments. Tens of thousands of people in the Morehead area have been housed over the past 50+ years. I have an office staff of 3 and maintenance staff of 4 very dedicated and motivated men and women.

    At the General Dynamics Lima Army Tank Plant in Lima OH one of the projects that I was responsible for was training a group of Egyptian welding Engineers for a co-production program. I was then recruited by the GDSC to go to Egypt and set up a welding school. The welding school was a huge success and then I was promoted to the position of Welding Production Manager where I oversaw all of the welding stations that produced the M1A1 Abrams Army Tank.

    GDLS build the M1A1- M1A2 Abrams main battle Army tank for the US Government. I worked in production, welding appurtenances on the turret of the tank. I was recruited to be a welding instructor in the factory welding school. All welders had to be certified to Military Specifications. I mastered and taught 20 different welding certifications including robotics. I also was the trainer for overhead cranes and tank drivers.
