I focus my practice on representing public and private companies.I represent clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, corporate governance, venture capital and finance, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property matters. I represent a broad range of clients from non-profits to start-ups to publicly traded companies. I regularly prepare and advise public companies regarding initial and secondary offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and the preparation and filing of reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
