Worked on exterior/structural team for 23 story high rise in downtown Oakland. Extensive use with AutoCAD/Revit. Transitioned to field supervisory role.

Worked through VS as a contractor to assist in several engineering projects happening with IP at the Prattville mill. Responsible for creating a time lapse video from start of outage to finish of outage. Placed Go Pros around the mill to capture footage of any work being done where capitol project money was being spent. Was able to help assist in commissioning pumps, HEx's, and other manufacturing equipment around the mill after each stage of work was completed. Had to trace physical pipes and structures and correlate correctness on drawings. Also had to ensure correctness on logic structure, and every option was drawn in the system.

Responsible for multiple projects on the paper side of the mill. Was able to complete a capitol project involving reducing steam usage in the wire pit by lowering the temperature of the steam going into the wire pit. Estimated cost savings of $660,000/yr. Was responsible for ordering multiple chemicals for the different shades of paper produced by the mill. I made a PI page to decrease time spent on checking chemical levels manually and to automatically alert the person responsible when chemicals should be ordered next. Also completed optimization of the PM16 air wands threading process. If a maintenance worker needed to move an air wand to fix something they could easily place it back in the correct position with my added physical marks and painting on each wand.

Was introduced to the high production manufacturing environment at International Paper in Selma, Al. Learning the entire paper process from raw material to finished products at the mill. Presented several presentations on PI pages created by myself to lead team.
