I have worked in the food/service industry, the infrastructure industry and now the information technology industry. All my career paths have taught me a lot about life and people. I have always tried to be the hardest worker and strive to learn to be a better part of the team. I have been in the worse situations under houses or in dark corners of unkept houses needing repair. I have also cleaned more then 1000 plates in a day as well as trying to manage people a lot older then me to keep the buffet running correctly. All learning experiences to bring me to what I do today. I love computers and technology always have and I had the opportunity to meet with my best friends boss. He had been working for 6 years at the company and let me know there was a open position. He took a chance on me to see if I was a good fit for his help desk team with little to no experience. I went from cleaning toilets and pipes to helping customers with their computer issues. It is very fun and rewarding to be able to help someone with their issues without having to be in person to complete the job. I have been working for a year and learned so much interesting thing and will continue to learn more in this ever changing ecosystem. I went from answering the phones and escalating to getting 3 CompTIA certifications. Which gave me the knowledge to tackle most issues myself.
