- Responsible for all aspects of ASM Global’s Public Safety Department, to include physical security for entire campus encompassing the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square.- Responsible for the Public Safety Surveillance and Access Control Network, consisting of more than 600 CCTV cameras and 300 access control points ensuring effective monitoring of facilities and 24/7 access control.- Develop, maintain and update all emergency response plans pertaining to campus facilities (all hazards, hurricane, civil disturbance, evacuation, active shooter, etc.). This also pertains to event specific response plans (NFL, NBA, NCAA, etc.)- Security Lead for all events conducted at Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square and responsible for more than 200 armed commissioned public safety officers, 600 unarmed public safety officers, 350 unarmed 3rd party vendor security assets and coordination of more than 250 law enforcement officers on typical event day. To include major events such as NFL Super Bowl, Sugar Bowl, NBA All-Star game, Final-Four and College Football Play-offs.- Coordinate with league security officials (NFL, NBA, NCAA) and team security representatives (Saints and Pelicans) on game-day security operations and adherence to league best-practices guidance.

National Canine DivisionNational Center for Explosives Training and ResearchOversaw and managed ATF’s FLETA Accredited Explosives and Accelerant Detection Canine Training and Operations Program. This includes assets totaling approximately 30 personnel to include Canine Trainers, Law Enforcement Specialists, Supervisory Special Agents, Support Staff.Provide oversight, management, and decision making for the formulation and execution of the National Canine Division’s budget, which exceeds $2 million in direct funding. This oversight includes formulation, execution, reporting and auditing in partnership with the National Center for Explosives Training and Research.Act as the Deciding Official on personnel matters within the National Canine Division and the selecting official for new hires, across multiple sworn and civilian job series, within the Division.ATF’s representative to the Joint Program Office for Counter Improvised Explosives Devices – Canine Working Group and the National Institute of Science Dogs and Sensors working group; responsible for creating and promulgating national policy for explosives detection canine training and deployment.Direct ATF’s National Odor Recognition Testing (NORT) certification program, ATF’s Nationally scientifically validated standard for the evaluation of a detection canine team’s ability to detect the 10 commonly encountered explosive odors.

New Orleans Field Division - Louisiana, Arkansas, MississippiOversaw and managed ATF’s criminal enforcement operations throughout Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. Led eight (8) criminal enforcement groups and one (1) intelligence group focused on targeting violent criminals, firearms traffickers, criminal explosives and arson violations.On scene commander for all ATF National Response Team and tactical Special Response Team activations within ATF’s area of responsibility.Conducted evolving strategic planning and developed/supported ATF violence reduction strategies in Louisiana and Mississippi, in support of the suppression of firearms violence. Post-mission, briefed stakeholders as to operational successes.Supervised the creation of a Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJA) supported Crime Gun Intelligence Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to provide support, oversight, and strategic leadership to the three (3) regional NIBIN (National Integrated Ballistic Information Network) sites. Implemented processes to drive the removal of active shooters and their sources of firearms from the community, through the exploitation of crime gun intelligence.Developed annual strategic plans designed to address emerging threats, staffing issues, external/internal challenges, stakeholder satisfaction and overall performance metrics.
