Completed 36 transactions in less than 16 months, and added 12 first-time clients to the company's portfolio. Regained several clients which had been lost to competitors in previous years.

Joined a veteran railcar leasing team which was reassembled after succeeding together previously at Flex Leasing Corporation. Originated $10.5MM of railcar leases before the parent company (Allco Finance Group) lost its ability to finance the growth of the rail business as a result of the global credit crisis. Allco was eventually liquidated.

Helped execute a growth strategy which saw CIT's fleet size increase by more than 100% in five years. Added 19 first-time clients to the company's portfolio, and succeeded in winning renewals on almost 90% of expiring deals (industry average 70-75%). Grew territory by 135% in 2004, 36% in 2005, and 29% in 2006.

Helped execute a growth strategy for a startup railcar lessor by winning deals to build, and then lease, new railcars. Completed transactions with 16 first-time clients over three years, and renewed expiring leases at a 90% success rate. Received additional company equity as reward for performance. Earned the company's largest performance incentive by achieving 300% of target during 2003.

Responsible for accounts with total annual revenue as high as $70MM, one of the largest sales & marketing roles at a $4BB railroad with a 13,000 mile franchise. Developed business with 8 first-time clients generating $39MM of new revenue. Increased the combined size of two key existing accounts from $18MM to $40MM over 5 years. Successfully renewed more than 20 contracts which were at risk, securing revenue of $340MM. Won the company's Marketing & Sales Impact Award.
