I'm a seasoned accountant with 16+ years of experience, I have worked for great multinational companies such as GSK, 3M and AZ, where I have had the opportunity to deliver great results in critical projects like moving operations from 7 different countries to Costa Rica (USA, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay and Honduras) in some cases leading up to 5 people during these migrations, ensuring a smooth transition, prioritization of tasks, creating and managing the training program and dealing with highly sensitive negotiations.I have evolved as a leader, negotiating with difficult customers, and influencing others; also, demonstrating skills such as problem solving and accounting proficiency in -especially, but not limited to- Cost Accounting.I attended ULACIT, UCR and UTN for my education.I grew up in Alajuela, Costa Rica, before the internet took over, playing soccer, riding bicycles for long distances and climbing trees.I'm big fan of photography, which is my main hobby, but also love motorcycles, 4WDs, camping and adventure in general, hiking and exploring new places.
