For electrical, mechanical and ICT installations HOMIJ plays a role as advice and selection to design, installation and technical managementHOMIJ Networks is a division of HOMIJ Technical Installations bv. and focuses on the technical ICT business market, particularly in utility and industryAt my current position as Project leader in the technical (data/telecom) construction business:I am responsible for a small team (ca. 15-25 people) of engineers, planners, project coordinator, subcontractors and mechanics for the entire process of data/telecom installation(computer networks: Fiber OM1-4, OS 1-2 and Coper shielded and unshielded Cat5e, 6, 6a, 7, 7a) inside office buildings, government buildings, medical buildings, data centers, etc. The continuous change keeps the job exciting and it's always a challenge to leave everybody with a satisfied feeling.The processes of my job are as followed below:- Planning;- Control internal/external team;- Financial reports;- Project Meetings;- Team meetings;- Site survey's;- Purchase orders;- customer loyalty;- subcontracting;- technical specifications review;- Small calculations.
