I bring years of varied industry experience that blends legal and business leadership both as a corporate general counsel and former partner at top-tier law firms. As the current EVP and General Counsel for STO Building Group, I provide legal oversight and strategic business advice on corporate initiatives, pre-litigation disputes, claims and risk management, and project delivery issues. I excel at solving problems, understanding the business landscape, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders with differing interests. As a result, I serve as the go-to-expert for providing strategic guidance on difficult business and legal issues, evaluating risk, and proposing mitigations to advance the goals and objectives of the business enterprise.
