Starting in July 2014, Jeffrey became CTO of HireMojo, the premier self-service platform for recruiting outstanding employees, using a data-driven model to optimize the selection of candidates, for sales, tech, and all fields.Since 2010, Jeffrey has been the Co-Founder and CTO of GoodRevu, the best of a new breed of consumerized business applications. For the three years prior to GoodRevu, Jeff led the Lyris development team responsible for the ListManager email marketing software, overseeing two major releases, while leading the change in development methodology from Waterfall to Agile (Scrum). Additionally, he managed the performance team that enhanced email delivery speed by 25x, significantly increased segmentation speed, and delivered powerful new data segmentation features for Lyris' hosted EmailLabs/LyrisHQ platform.As head of Professional Services at Lyris (2004-2007), Jeff built the team from scratch, worked directly with customers to deliver customized products; provided multiple services (product customization, IT & Marketing product training, database architecting) during visits. Jeff and his team provided sales engineering services, working closely with the sales team to hammer down the technical issues necessary to close key sales deals. During his tenure at Lyris, Jeff has built and managed Engineering, Professional Services, IT, and Support teams. Previous to Lyris, Jeff earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from U.C.
