I am the CEO of C1, a solutions-led advanced technology company that enable our customers to elevate their connected human experiences through our differentiated capabilities across customer experience and collaboration, enterprise networking, data center and cybersecurity to deliver business outcomes.I have served in various leadership roles across the technology and business consulting services landscape for more than 35 years. Most recently, I was the CEO and President for Accenture’s business in Canada where I helped businesses and government embrace change, transform their organizations and become more resilient for the future.Throughout my career, I have worked to improve the inclusion and diversity of organisations and the communities to which they serve, through internal change initiatives and external partnerships including most recently the Downie Wenjack Foundation working to activate ReconciliAction for all Indigenous across Canada. My strong allyship of Inclusion and Diversity included serving on the advisory board for Catalyst in Canada while playing a broader role in helping shape industry policy and activation as a member of the Business Council for Canada and previously sat on the board of Junior Achievement in the US.
