With almost 30 years of experience in the risk engineering and loss control property insurance industry, I am currently the AVP, Manager of Field Operations for Zurich Resilience Solutions’ Property Midwest Cleveland Team. I lead a team of 12 risk engineers who provide risk assessment, analysis, and improvement services to commercial accounts in various industries, with a focus on manufacturing. My mission is to support the underwriting and claims processes, deliver value-added solutions to our customers, and enhance the resilience and profitability of our business. I align my team's objectives and priorities with the business strategy and goals, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage the performance and development of my staff. I also leverage my expertise in manufacturing process improvement, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to provide technical guidance and coaching to my team and customers. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and learning within my organization and the risk engineering field.
