Managing 3 large Wildfire Crisis Strategy research projects over an 18-month postdoc. - Project management: Define scope and goals, GANTT creation and management, progress reports, lit review framing, team oversight. - Data Acquisition: identify data requirements and create pipelines to access data for research projects. - Analysis: design research scope and manage deliverables. - Deliverables: package topic models, key stakeholder differences, interactive visuals, and KPIs to evaluate program engagement, messaging design, and information trust.
