Projects Manager- Interior Fitout, Loose furntiure, FF&E, Flooring and Decorative finishes;Worked on prestigious projects namely DIFC Gate Avenue, FCSA Statistics, various Mediclinic branches, Sharjah University and American Universtiy of Sharjah HQ, various corporate offices and hospitality projects through consultants, and much more. Project Management and site coordination to meet client requirements and executing projects in the given deadline. Material specification, approvals and submitting all data required to meet the design requirement. Preparing BOQs, submitting of quotations and raising of invoices. Coordinating with project stakeholders and also handling necessary fields such as reviewing of contracts, design review with the concerned architects and interior designers before execution, necessary finance and LC documentation, Logistics coordination with shipping companies for import/export of specified materials and raising inspection for project closeout. Sourcing (internationally/locally), Coordinating with furniture/material manufacturers and raising RFIs with designers to meet client requirement. Negotiating and procurement of approved materials. Controlled budget spending, profit and loss estimation of the project, etc. Collaborating with project personnel to determine problems and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.  As needed, arrange and conduct onsite training for employees. Increase staffing and resources when needed to meet deadlines of projects. Monitoring various company databases to ensure accuracy of inventory.
