In December of 2022 NCFST made the decision to transition the agency away from a hierarchical leadership structure (with an Executive Director) towards a new form on Indigenous governance. I am very excited to be taking on a new role to work with staff, community and partners to develop an Indigenous leadership council to govern the agency. Within the context of this new role, I also lead government relations, funds development, quality assurance, liability and risk, strategy and innovation for the agency.

Executive Director of the largest multi-service urban Indigenous agency with a child welfare mandate in Canada. Over almost 5 years I worked with the staff, board, community and partners to grow NCFST significantly. During this time we grew our budget from $30M to over $53M, expanding the organization to include 350 staff working across more than 20 locations delivering more than 140 different programs and services to 8,000 unique community members annually.
