Responsible for the co-ordination of repairs/service and maintenance for a complete fleet of Heavy Earthmoving equipment, Heavy Transport,Static plant consisting of Crushers, Screeners, asphalt plant and concrete plants, supervision of 3 workshops, based at head office and responsible for quarry workshops.

Carry out on site R&M on a fleet of Cat loading shovels 980/ 988,Bell and Wright graders, RB22 and NCK crawler cranes, piling rigs, hammers, Concrete Batching Plants, Transit Mixers with a total of 5 workshop staff reporting directly to me on the construction of a 6 lane concrete highway between Johannesburg and the Eastern Transvaal. The contract was 264 kms, where we ran a night shift to cut expansion joints every 5 meters using large concrete saws.
