In defending enforcement action brought by the Federal Reserve, negotiated a settlement involving no monetary penalty or admission of liability.- A multinational corporation in a grand jury investigation into hiring practices (no-poach/non-solicitation).- An international pharmaceutical company in a NJ Attorney General inquiry into potential fraud in a tax incentives program- A pool of employees at a publicly traded pharmaceutical company as part of a DOJ health care fraud investigation.- Multiple traders as part of SEC securities fraud investigations- Multiple broker-dealers in FINRA enforcement actions.- Multiple traders as part of a CFTC ISDAfix investigation.

Conducted legal research and drafted memoranda for a variety of practice groups.

As member of 3 student team researched 20 international post-conflict commissions of inquiry by reviewing UN commission reports and conducting interviews with those involved in commissions. Drafted report summarizing the purpose and process behind commissions of inquiry in post-conflict countries and identifying trends as to how they impact transitional justice.

Conducted research for the International Criminal Court Independent Panel on Judicial Elections.

Researched and wrote memoranda on issues including judicial independence, prosecution of genocide suspects, and universal jurisdiction. Drafted and edited judicial misconduct case submissions; participated in client meetings.
