In charge of the entire hotel operations onboard a luxury cruise liner with over 1300 rooms and capacity of over 3600 guest and 1200 crew members, multiple food & beverage outlets which included; traditional high class dining, 24 hour buffet operations, snack food outlets & themed bars and nightclubs. Overall responsibility for guest satisfaction levels, service standards, product enhancements, revenues, cost controls, staffing, inventory, purchasing and overall operating departments. Liaised with shipboard and shore side management on development of strategic operating initiatives to meet overall goals & objectives.
