Welcome to my LinkedIn page.-‐---------------------------------------------------------------------Internationalisation is a phenomenon that can be classified as 'well-established'. The present world already has its challenges, but the internationalisation process has created even more. One of these challenges lies in the culture dimension. People with different cultural backgrounds and languages are forced to communicate and do business with each other, which could result in misunderstandings or less efficient knowledge transfer. I am convinced that these challenges can be overcome by learning and applying each other's language and culture.-‐---------------------------------------------------------------------I am an eager person, who likes to keep on learning. I am a hard worker, and I do not settle for 'good enough'. My interests are customer behaviour and the optimization of customer relations.
