Finding specialized, hard-to-find senior level talent to augment project gaps for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturers. Responsibilities include: Meeting companywide quarterly performance standards, negotiating project details with contractors, and ensuring legal compliance with HR departments for all positions filled. ● Achieve budgeted sales and production objectives established by senior management ● Lead cross functional training meetings to develop recruiting skills for all Oxford segments, ● Complete special projects assigned by recruiting director and president. ● Driving the business through Oxfords dynamic business model. That starts with recruiting and interviewing consultants into the database which is done by obtaining referrals from other consultants, networking, direct recruiting, utilizing personal contacts and use of the internet. ● Calling consultants to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel. ● Generate marketplace information by retrieving client manager leads, references, and current hiring activity in the market to drive the sales teams as well as generating consultant referrals and references to build a database. ● Maintain database integrity by calling candidates on a regular basis from existing database that are not currently on assignment for Oxford. ● Maintain relationships with consultants on assignment through Oxford; resolve all issues including those related to benefits, payroll and performance.

GT Metal specializes in custom sheet metal fabrication for a variety of industries including medical device, food and beverage, and industrial sectors. Day to day HR operations for a 16 person staff. Tasks included but not limited to Talent acquisition, compensation negotiations, records management, employee relations, new hire orientations, weekly payroll, weekly accounts payable/receivable, and any safety issues that would arise on the shop floor.
