* First Level IT support for all Promedica Facilities * Provides support for on-site and off hour availability on 24/7 hour basis as defined by the needs of the customer and or technology* Support up to 15,000 Client Computers* Answers Telephone and works with other electronic service support, monitoring, documentation, and training applications. * Evaluates, recommends and selects the best option of support for the customer and business. * Works with other team members to help provide the customer with the best solution possible.
