Responsible for all levels of Customer Operations for our clients from Johnstown to Philadelphia, PA. Duties include but are not limited to, service, sales, referrals and customer retention. Assist in implementing company policy, operations, and training of sales and customer service representatives as well as marketing awareness of Pro Link's Swipe For Lives program. This program is dedicated to supporting the efforts of local charities such as: PA Wounded Warriors, Feed the Children, and The Water Street Rescue Mission. I also manage our Client Referral Program.

Oversee, marketing and sales of our credit card processing services including cloud base POS systems. Current responsibilities include but are not limited to, account management, presentations, employee/client recruitment, customer care/retention and training. I also manage, program and provide employee/client training for our iPad/cloud based POS systems.
