My Responsiblities:* Overall management of the annual plans for client development for each team in the company;* Set-up, train and manage the BD team (including 2 foreign employees);* Integrated all the client resources inside and outside of the company to help consultants improve their BD and conclusion capabilities and achieve their performance targets; * Led the marketing team in the promotion of the ZW HR brand;* Assisted HR to compose and deliver internal training courses and talent development systems. Also, acted as an internal trainer and mentor for new employees.
