I have a strong passion to make learning relevant to all students on a personal level, and am committed to making learning fun and interesting to every student. I enjoy creating my own unique lessons and units catered to my classes' characteristics and interests. Technology is always part of everyday lessons and instructions, which will help children become more technologically literate in society. My experiences include working within diverse age groups and different communities ranging from Kindergarten, grade 4, 5, 6 and 7. My aim is to create an inclusive classroom that integrates curriculum standards with technological and arts-based instruction to enrich student learning and development. I love to help students connect what they have learned to different real-life contexts. I incorporate cross-curricular strategies in my daily lessons. Inquiry-based learning is always a necessity throughout my lessons to help bring out the potential, personal interests and engagement for all of my students.
