The team closed more than $1.5 million in services revenue from those proposals. • Led project where Fortune 50 firm created a new department to recreate the firm’s data strategy, including a process for farming and prioritizing use cases. The process yielded a backlog of more than 100 data projects. • Directed a project for a Fortune 50 company to establish the organizational structure to start an enterprise data office. Provided recommended structure, more 30 job descriptions and recommended archetypes for sprint teams. • Assisted with an eight-week data strategy assessment of a Blue Cross Blue Shield company. Deliverables included recommendations related to data engineering, data quality management and data governance operations. • Led a three-month data project to create a revenue forecasting application where a utility’s finance organization could gather all data needed from one source instead of numerous source systems and reduce forecast cycle time. • Oversaw executive level reporting for DCG team. Designed automated reporting process for internal team that provided key metrics related to variance and duration of work packages and real-time executive dashboards.

Consolidated more than 400 on-prem HFR and SAP BPC reports to less than 100 Oracle financial cloud reports.• Directed work stream to help integrate the financial reporting processes of two government contract services firms as part of $10 billion merger, creating the largest global defense enterprise in the federal technology sector.• Among the successes of the integration mentioned above was merging eight consolidated charts of accounts (COA) into one COA, which simplified and reduced cycle time of the financial close of the merged entity.• Guided eight-week assessment of a start-up firm’s use of business analytics, delivering more than 15 recommendations and 90 business requirements, including a change management strategy for data governance.• Supported with business intelligence project for an internationally recognized, life and annuity insurance company.
