Orders all parts and accessories that are needed as upgrades or replacements of broken equipment. Troubleshoots via telephone or email on issues with deployed suites and kits and accessories.

Maintain 5 TACLAN suites and 88 Mission Planning Kits (MPKs) for Naval Special Warfare West coast.Keeps an accurate inventory of over 400 line items per TACLAN Suite and over 30 Line items per Mission Planning Kit.An impressive middleman between the users and Team TACLAN. As well as between MCT and NSW-West coast and WARCOM.Fully capable of troubleshooting with personnel in garrison or out forward. Always willing to travel to areas where the TACLAN is being utilized to help troubleshoot or to make sure the TACLAN is being utilized correctly.Research and implement upgrades to TACLAN network infrastructure and security.Manage and maintain Windows server 2003 Servers and 2000 and XP workstations.Order all parts and accessories that are needed.Assist SEAL Teams and Special Boat Teams with TACLAN and networking issues during exercises.

Tactical Communicator. During two SEAL Team deployments to Iraq and five SEAL Team certification exercises as well as countless local training operations, I established and supervised between 5 and 20 communicators. Diligently worked to maintain countless communications links that directly contributed to the safe execution of training missions. Planned and coordinated emergency communications plans and emergency action procedures for ensuring that team’s deployment readiness. This all included the setting up of five different TOC's (Tactical Operation Center) which meant running new LAN and telephone lines. The set up and maintaining of SDN's (Special Operations Forces Deployable Node), TACLAN (Tactical Local Area Network), JBS (Joint Base Station). Very familiar and often the expert with various radios including the PSC-5, PRC-150, PRC-148 and PRC-117. One of the first to utilize SECNET 11 (wireless secure network). Utilized KG-250's, KG-175's and KIV-7's as well as KYK-13’s and CYZ-10’s. Responsible for over two million dollars worth of communications equipment.Communications supervisor for over 12 personnel. Provided excellent message, Legacy, Defense Message System, and troubleshooting services for 268 ships and commands in the Pacific Northwest area. Utilized KG-175's, KG-84's and KIV-7's as well as KYK-13’s and CYZ-10’s. Displayed outstanding managerial skills and total dedication to his job as department administrative manager. Provided flawless administrative support, which included tracking advancement results, processing correspondence and accountability of 52 personnel. Excellent managerial skills. Prioritized and utilized the assets available to quickly resolve circuit outages on numerous occasions. More than capable and dependable in any given scenario.

Planned and coordinated the communications and networking portions for major SEAL Team deployments and exercises. Selected to be the primary liaison between Naval Special Warfare communications and Marine Special Operations Command communications.
