As the IT Program Manager for GSA IT Facilities Management group, I’ll have the opportunity to drive functions that improves our Operations & Maintenance and Design & Construction teams, including developing policies and procedures to help meet the needs of our customers and ensure a solid foundation for our Network Infrastructure across the Enterprise.

As an IT Specialist, I am currently supporting GSA's Data Center Consolidation effort by realigning/consolidating existing spaces to and from government owned and lease facilities as well as work to enhance our Relationships with our internal customers. Furthermore, I am heavily engaged in the forecasting, planning, and implementation efforts to reducing energy, CAPEX, OPEX, and space utilization in our IT spaces across the country while partnering with other agencies, such as the Department of Energy, Federal Energy Management Program, and the Berkeley National Labs to identify opportunities and create structured plans that align with our Program and Organizational objectives. As one of GSA's Data Center Energy Practitioner, I ensure our efforts align with Federal mandates and objectives and strive to help GSA be "the best" Federal Agency in both IT Services and Facilities Management.

The Branch Manager for the Small Projects Group within the Southern Center Operations Division is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of Construction and Service Projects for GSA and its customer partners (other Federal Agencies). In this role, I facilitated several Programs, including the Repair & Alteration Program, RWA Program, and the delivery of the Energy and Sustainability and Historic Program requirements between two teams in three States. In parallel, I worked to develop the FY'17 Budget requirements, partnered with other GSA Divisions to develop strategies to meet the needs of our Program and Customer objectives, and monitored the performance activities to ensure those requirements were being achieved.

Our organization operates as the Landlord for federally owned facilities throughout the US. I lead a team of Architects and Engineers who perform various Construction and Service related solutions to our Federally Owned building and tenant spaces within. I am responsible for the oversight and delivery of our Construction and Project Management program and partner with various Divisions and support groups within to enhance our processes.

As an Engineering Technician, my responsibilities were to estimate, develop, scope, and manage the projects for GSA and Customer funded Construction and Service Projects. Additionally, I worked for nearly a year with the Property Management Division to oversee a Mechanical Contract and build relationships with our customers within the Federal Building.

Project Manager for the Communications Group. I was responsible for managing telecommunications projects in commercial, educational, and governmental facilities.
