Responsible for ensuring my portfolio of agencies experiences smooth product deployments for our Fleet 3 in-car camera systems. Meets with customers to scope all deployment projects and communicates up-to-date delivery timelines. Reviews quotes to ensure that all the necessary hardware and software is included for the customer’s desired outcome. Collaborates with cross functional teams daily to ensure that the correct products will be delivered on-time and within budget. Communicates any possible blockers or obstacles to deployment teams to ensure preparedness. Provides product and process guidance for other Solutions Engineers and Fleet Organization members. Meets with organizational leadership bi-weekly to streamline business processes, documentation and customer-facing communication to improve identified areas of weakness.
