I work closely with UsableNet's clients to understand their accessibility goals, challenges, and needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that suit their budget, timeline, and resources. I also guide them on how to integrate accessibility into their software development lifecycle, and create a culture of accessibility within their organization. As a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competency (CPACC), I leverage my extensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and best practices to help our clients achieve and maintain accessibility compliance, and I also support UsableNet's training program to deliver best-in-class education to our internal teams, our clients, as well as through webinars and conference sessions.Additionally, I am an advocate and educator for content accessibility outside of UsableNet as a co-author of "Content for Everyone: A Practical Guide for Creative Entrepreneurs to Produce Accessible and Usable Web Content". The book, along with my appearances on podcasts, webinars, and in-person events, aim to empower creatives to reach and engage a wider audience by making their digital content inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly.
