    • Program management. Filled the first ever TLM billet at NIOC MD. Kick-started and defined the program. Led the effort for acceptance of the TLM program at the Command-level. Ensured compliance with Navy policy and regulation. Developed metrics to measure success of training programs. Recommended and implemented best business practices to other TLMs. Guaranteed sustained success by training subsequent TLMs and developing standard operation procedures (SOP). Recruited two successors. • Professional development. Initiated, maintained and updated over 150 Individual Language Training Plans (ILTP) and accounted for over 30,000 hours of documented Military Cryptologic Continuing Education (MCCEP) credit, resulting in Sailors achieving 18 career milestones, including three Sailors earning the NSA equivalent of becoming professionalized. • Training. Implemented a training web site that allowed all language analysts access to 24/7 training material. Played a key role in establishing policies and guidelines for implementation of NSA, Navy and Command-wide training programs. Regularly made training requirements recommendations to NSA/Navy curriculum developers.• Liaison skills. As a technical expert working at the Command level, was often appointed to working groups that made training decisions impacting analysts across the Navy and military spectrum. Working groups had to identify changes in workforce trends and make training recommendations that adapted to those changes. Routinely updated Chain of Command, to include Commanding Officer (CO) and Command Master Chief (CMC) on the status of Command technical language program. Constantly interfaced with NSA personnel on issues such as course enrollment, course credit, training requirements and training opportunities.
