Manage the Bob Parsons Veterans Center, coordinating activities and services supporting military affiliated students to enroll, achieve success and complete their degrees. Manage student employees working in the Center in their engagement with students. Provide and maintain informational materials within the Center. Assist with advancement and fundraising to support the growth and expansion of services. Work with the Director of Operations and Development to manage budgets within the operation.

Academic advisor to students pursuing either a Masters's of Science or graduate certificate through one of the premier cybersecurity graduate schools in the nation. Provided academic counseling to over 200 working professionals, ensuring that they took the appropriate courses in order to complete their graduate programs on time. Enforced academic standards and course deadlines so that students completed their courses on time, and the school maintained its accreditation. While a student advisor, over 200 GIAC certifications (the premiere industry certification) were achieved by students and over 50 GIAC gold papers (see SANS Reading Room) were published by students. Dozens of students completed graduate certificate programs and dozens of MS students on pace to graduate between 2017-2018. As Assistant Registrar, processed dozens of course registrations, allowing students to start courses in timely manner.

• Program management. Filled the first ever TLM billet at NIOC MD. Kick-started and defined the program. Led the effort for acceptance of the TLM program at the Command-level. Ensured compliance with Navy policy and regulation. Developed metrics to measure success of training programs. Recommended and implemented best business practices to other TLMs. Guaranteed sustained success by training subsequent TLMs and developing standard operation procedures (SOP). Recruited two successors. • Professional development. Initiated, maintained and updated over 150 Individual Language Training Plans (ILTP) and accounted for over 30,000 hours of documented Military Cryptologic Continuing Education (MCCEP) credit, resulting in Sailors achieving 18 career milestones, including three Sailors earning the NSA equivalent of becoming professionalized. • Training. Implemented a training web site that allowed all language analysts access to 24/7 training material. Played a key role in establishing policies and guidelines for implementation of NSA, Navy and Command-wide training programs. Regularly made training requirements recommendations to NSA/Navy curriculum developers.• Liaison skills. As a technical expert working at the Command level, was often appointed to working groups that made training decisions impacting analysts across the Navy and military spectrum. Working groups had to identify changes in workforce trends and make training recommendations that adapted to those changes. Routinely updated Chain of Command, to include Commanding Officer (CO) and Command Master Chief (CMC) on the status of Command technical language program. Constantly interfaced with NSA personnel on issues such as course enrollment, course credit, training requirements and training opportunities.

Leadership roles:Division Chief: Led dozens of Sailors who deployed on a rotating basis to worldwide locations. Information Warfare Direct Support Element (IWDSE) supervisor: Led a team of Sailors on submarine deployments in support of national security requirements.Fleet Cryptologic Augmentation Center (FCAC) Chief: Command POC for world-wide deployments, ensured Command met tasking requirements.Support to Military Operations (SMO) Watch Chief: Led Sailors on a 24/7 watch floor that supported time-sensitive missions in support of intelligence collection requirements.Maritime Senior Watch Officer (MSWO): POC for any request for information (RFI) from deployed forces in relation to Russian Navy.Command Individual Augmentation Coordinator (CIAC): Directed the Command’s direct support to the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) by managing the deployment process of dozens of Sailors.
