Supervised 11 officer and 12 enlisted operations training specialists, and interfaced with DoD contractors ensuring U.S. Air Force training standards were met. Directed execution of 41 training syllabi for 57 training programs on 6 different aircraft totaling over 430 sorties/year and 2,300+ flight events.
