Jeffrey Aw is the Social Impact Specialist of Social Enterprise, Metropolitan YMCA, looking into training and employing Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) or Special Needs for Hospitality Services and Urban Farming roles. Jeffrey Aw is also the Community Pastor of Bethesda Bedok-Tampines Church (Bio-vocational). He is the founding Pastor for GLO Ministry (Special Needs) and the founding Chaplain and Officer for the Boys’ Brigade Primers Company in ITE College East. He is also a Member of the Racial and Religious Harmony Circle under the Fengshan Constituency. Previously he was the Lead Youth Pastor and a Young Adult Pastor for 11 years. His passion has always been in organisational leadership, and the training and development of leaders. Outside the church, he is also active in the Interfaith movement, promoting racial harmony and religious understanding in Singapore. He is happily married to an Educator, and they have three beautiful daughters. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology. Growing up, he believed in giving his best in whatever he did; he was also the Class Chairman for four years at Dunman Secondary School, a Senior Cadet Officer in the National Cadet Corps (Air), a Vice-Captain/Co-Founder of the Republic Polytechnic Dragon Boat Team, a National Youth Achiever (Silver) and a Best Recruit during his Basic Military Training.
