I am currently a Senior Director at Oracle where I lead the North American Cloud Applications solution engineering teams focused on helping customers achieve their desired outcomes with our ERP, HCM, CX, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. I have led multiple hyper-growth organizations and designed large-scale programs to handle the unique challenges of these organizations, including the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, certifying, and deploying of new career and early career professionals, with the ultimate goal to develop them into top talent.Prior to Oracle, I was the Vice President of Client Services at a call center consulting company where I helped sell and deliver call center implementation and business outsourcing projects. I also worked in the hospitality industry building custom business software, as well as serving with Ernst & Young (now Cap Gemini) as a management consultant on projects at The Coca-Cola Company and Turner Broadcasting.I earned a BS in Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MBA from Baylor University with a specialization in Information Systems Management. Outside of Oracle, I am a competitive soccer coach working with the next generation of elite athletes.
