I have been a software developer for almost 50 years and am still at it. I have been self employed for twenty-five of those years giving me the flexibility to incorporate photography into my activities. My focus on software is core business processes. Incorporating database, server processes, web and client applications into solutions for businesses. Software has gone through several revolutions of technology and doesn't show any sign of stopping soon.I see photography moving back into the world of art. Originally seen as a replacement for painters, photography has focused on realism for most of its existence. Modern photography and image editing can create an artwork that tells a story and shows more about the subject than a simple photo ever could. Photographers must become artists again.
