• Assembled, reconditioned and repair new and old Bearing Housing Cartridge.• Helped Process Engineer is solving problems within the production using Root Cause Analysis methodology.• Write programs for new product or as per engineering specifications.• Continually improve upon existing CNC programs.• Operate both CNC Centres and Lathes to efficiently manufacture machined components.• Ensure the machines manufacture parts as to engineering specifications and within the specified timeframe.• Actively participate in EIT meetings• Facilitate and participate in continuous improvement projects as a team and/or individual.• Precision machining of components to drawing specifications.• Ensure a consistent quality of product is produced through compliance with quality system procedures.• Ensure health and safe work environment for staff, visitors and on site contractors.

• Make a wire machine program using Cad Cam (EdgeCam and Solidcam)• Increases personal knowledge in programming and fault finding diagnostics.• Effectively plan and organize my area, taking into account present and future jobs.• Successfully and understandably redraw customer drawings to Extec standards.• Must have an understanding of all process in die construction, to maximize drawing usefulness.• Organize incoming work / Plan ahead.• Work unsupervised and deal with any problems that may arise.Die design, Taper cutting, Editing and adjusting NC code.• Do the appropriate design of the die, according to section received from customer and sent back the design to the customer for approval (Edgecam and Solidworks).• Create a report of all orders in spreadsheet.
