I have been involved in the business since its inception in 1986, when I joined my parents as a sales representative after working in the LTL and brokerage industry for three years. I have a degree in marketing from SNHU and a professional certificate in disruptive innovation from Harvard Business School Online. My professional background and education drive a passion for finding solutions for complex business challenges - especially in the logistics sector.In 2008, I acquired the business with my wife and siblings and embarked on a journey of transformation and scaling. We have invested in technology and talent, developed new business opportunities, improved processes, and built a team of great people who share our vision and values. We have also maintained long-lasting relationships with our customers, some of whom have been with us since day one. We have been recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies seven times in the last 11 years and as the family and private business of the year in 2010 and 2022.
