Serving as a leader on the Sales and Brand Management sides of a range of companies, it has been my role to create the demand for the product or service at the retailer customer and consumer levels. This demand is built around a deep consumer insight that is fostered and communicated in captivating ways to generate true brand love. Building this brand affinity and driving strong sales performance in retail is always balanced with ensuring the business is profitable, working closely with Finance and Operations.
