With a business career that has stretched over three decades in franchise and entrepreneurial environments, Jeff has a unique and aggressive perspective on what it takes to build successful organizations. In his career, Jeff has already built, rebuilt, and enhanced 7 different franchise systems across 5 different service industries leading major growth initiatives in notable franchise companies such as Comfort Keepers, Express Personnel Services, Thrifty Rent-A-Car, INTERIORS by Decorating Den and FirstLight Home Care. Alongside his son, Devin, they created an entirely new home care franchise system achieving remarkable success in its first 10 years. In addition, he has led existing franchise systems in these diverse sectors from as few as 0 franchises (pure startup) to larger systems with 1200+ franchises in 32 countries.
