Responsible for building a 20 person National Recruiting Center charged with world-class Candidate Delivery and Business Development to Strategic National Accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Mortgage, Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing industries• Organized national recruitment with 12 remote and eight in-house recruiters and sales representatives in 12 states to maximize results for strategic delivery for all contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placement solutions• Individually produced and managed the full-cycle recruitment delivery process on 350 new requirements on 25 projects for 13+ Strategic National Accounts per month• Created successful communication with staff to improve work-flow, priorities, and time-to- hire ratios• Grew, managed, and reviewed sales and recruitment performance regularly• Provided superior support to HR, Vendor Management, and Hiring Managers through strategic execution of delivery• Planned Recruitment strategy for corporate benchmarks to meet Service Agreements and Hiring Manager needs• Advised on and implemented improvements to corporate policies to meet Client Service Agreements and to proactively improve recruitment best practices• Managed resource relocation, visas, background checks, drug screening, EEO, AA, and terminations• Initiated and improved delivery through the improvement of strategic candidate sourcing and proactive recruitment by training and coaching staff• Identified and developed potential markets in order to maximize Group revenue opportunities and build market share• Identified new opportunities for growth through competitor intelligence and market awareness• Initiated and implemented proactive recruitment to streamline delivery capabilities in evolving marketplaces
