As part of the senior specification writer and plan reviewer I have been given the privilege in providing architects and engineers sound advice in the building envelope with the intent to resolve technical problems and identify discrepancies or problems with the project. Contract Management- Analyzed bid proposals for accurate cost to ensure all required materials, labor and related components are included to eliminate change orders to the project. Field Inspector- Review contractors work to ensure all installed components are in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Resolve on site design problems during the progress of the project with the architect, engineer and contractor. Monitor all safety and occupation health requirements for compliance with the project. Reports- Prepare daily reports with project progress noting deficient items, completed items, and relevant conditions relating to the building envelope.
