I oversaw and coordinated the video production process at ERC. From conception to distribution, I acted as videographer and editor, translating ideas into motion. I have always had a passion for storytelling through the use of great design and compelling visuals. I also consider myself to be extremely tech savvy and remain current on all sorts of equipment and gadgetry.

Working in Information Technology as the Interpretive Technology Technician, I partnered with other departments to propose, implement, and maintain audio visual exhibits and technical solutions to further the core values of Cleveland Metroparks. I continually researched new and innovative technologies and found creative ways to integrate them into the park district. I also employed motion graphics, design, and storytelling to produce interpretive and educational videos for both internal and external use. I formed strong relationships with not only my coworkers and vendors with whom I collaborated regularly, but most importantly, the guests who continually make the ambitions of Cleveland Metroparks a possibility.

Working as a broadcast editor within the department of Integrated Production, I developed, programmed, and animated videos for broadcast television, microsites, social media platforms, internal use, sales use, and new client acquisition. I collaborated and communicated directly with producers, the creative team, account managers, and clients to produce a product tailored to exact specifications per client request. I spent my days knee deep in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut Pro, and Compressor. I am a wizard with encoding, transcoding, codecs, and endless file and format specifications.Client list included The Cleveland Plain Dealer, GE Lighting, GOJO Industries, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Marathon Oil & Petroleum, Lubrizol, Medical Mutual, Meineke Car Care Centers, Moen, The Northeast Ohio Media Group, Sherwin-Williams, Shurtape, Smuckers, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, and Wyndham Worldwide.

While working in inventory control at Apple Retail, I managed the daily flow of over 6,000 products totaling a gross sum exceeding $1MM. During my first month, I increased our stores inventory ranking by 23% while simultaneously decreasing shrink to 0.09%. I conducted regular inventory counts and oversaw product reconciliation by matching physical product to data represented in our inventory tracking database. All duties were successfully performed under little or no managerial supervision.

Prior to my promotion into the position of Inventory Control Specialist, I worked as a Mac Specialist overflowing with charisma and knowledge of Apple's products and services. I operated as a humble and modest, yet informational piece of the sales team, assisting customers with any questions, issues, or banter they wished to engage in. I made it my goal to guarantee I was open, receptive, and patient with customers, ensuring they left the store pleased and with a solution which was tailored exactly to their needs.

During my time at R. E. May, my main role was to control operations of multiple printers involved in the proofing and design process. I would lay out documents in InDesign and output them to the appropriate proofing device. Upon output I would check for visual errors or problematic color densities and ship them out to respective advertising agencies or print houses to complete the printing process. Additionally, I compiled discs containing all the assets contained in the image package which I then sent out to clients when applicable. I also assembled job jackets, processed bluelines, and would troubleshoot customer concerns.
