Also supported Normerica’s in-house sales staff through “on the ground” client/builder follow up and events/shows in target markets. Lead the efforts in Colorado with respect to generating, contacting and developing retail leads. Coordinated all architectural design requirements, organized construction services, assisted in financing, and closed retail sales of large Timber Frame packages (and associated materials), along with construction management services throughout Colorado in support of our Dillon CO office. Design team was also directed through producing all bills of materials, including cut lists, miscellaneous material lists and all shop drawings and details for the timber frame and wall panel production facilities.
