After nearly eight years in an IT Project Manager Role leading large-scale enterprise projects at Baptist Health, I recently moved into a new role. I am now our System IT Project Liaison, using my experience in project management and technology to assist business leaders. I work with these leaders to define a solid project scope, assist with vendor evaluations, and build the relationships between business and IT. I have over 25 years of experience in IT management, project management, and network administration, with certifications in PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt.I leverage my hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Netbackup, Sharepoint, and Cherwell ITSM to design, manage, configure, and support complex IT systems and solutions. Some of the major projects I have led include the deployment of Intuitive Ion Bronchoscopy robots, the rollout of Office 365 across the enterprise, the migration of IBM Watson Merge PACS system to Epic, and the program management for the Windows 11 migration of 30,000 devices. I aim to align IT with business goals and direction and deliver high-quality and cost-effective IT services to the organization and its stakeholders.
