Developing a particular area of expertise in organizational effectiveness, I joined OSUWMC and led this $1.5B entity through transformation and change. Next, with Allianz, I halted and reversed 6 years of poor performance, recalibrating every area of human resources and championing a $7M investment in human potential, which impacted 85% of the workforce.★ ★ ★Developing a reputation on the speaking circuit and publishing thought leadership content—including two books—I began fielding consulting, interim, and short- and long-term leadership positions from organizations around the country.
