Managed the work and information flow of actions within the directorate comprised of 10 subordinate organizations and over 350 employees. Assisted the Director of Operations, a 2-star general, in executing his responsibilities for operations, force integration, training, plans, readiness, and resource management for the Army's largest command. Led a team of cross functional experts to develop readiness guidance impacting over 740,000 soldiers laying out training strategies, objectives and milestones. Synchronized schedules and resource priorities to ensure over 100,000 soldiers were trained. Provided advice and recommendations to executive level leaders that resulted in savings of $200 million.

Improved long-term capacity modeling of manufacturing assets in order to make rapid, well-informed strategic decisions for the manufacturing network. Developed and implemented a tracking system to support an urgent business need in response to an investigation to ensure supply continuity for patients. Developed the plan for integrating data from external manufacturing sites (CMOs) in order to see full end-to-end supply chains for products.

Planned and executed multiple million-dollar operational tests ensuring all new equipment met Key Performance Parameters. Applied operational and combat experience in advising and reviewing test designs ensuring robust and realistic testing of all programs and systems. Led cross functional teams from multiple organizations and focused them on achieving test objectives. Developed test plans, strategies and budgets for multiple systems with expenditures in excess of $200 million Reduced testing costs by $2.5 million by identifying efficiencies.

Directed operations for a unit responsible for conducting worldwide advisory assistance, identification of capability gaps and solution development. Partnered with Senior Executive Management to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans and integrated these plans throughout the organization by implementing scorecards and results tracking. Led cross-functional teams to identify, resource and implement solutions. Managed a $500K travel budget and assisted in the management of a $5M operating budget. Supervised a team of 40 personnel, responsible for training, mentoring, and performance management. Integrated several multi-million dollar solutions to the Army that had a direct impact on soldiers in combat.
