Art Director for the Artemis 1 Eclipse High Altitude Balloon Project• Designed the logo, mission patch, website and associated materials.• Produced content for social media and crowdfunding campaign.• Fulfilled perks purchased by campaign backers.• Responsible for the horizon imaging system on board Artemis 1.

Department of MicrobiologyGrants & Contracts• Seek new avenues for funding and grant opportunities and ensures that notices of relevant opportunities are brought to faculty attention. Work with sponsors to draft proposal budgets in accordance with University needs.• Reviews all applications against University guidelines, in addition to drafting progress reports, non-competing applications, amendments, and budgeting. Responsible for all data entry and preparation of grant reports and trend analysis.• Handle post-award activities including account creations, regulatory and compliance monitoring,salary allocations, effort reporting, grant projections, cost allocations, cost center charges, equipment inventory, invoice preparation, grant closing process, and account closing.• Prepares summaries of grants and effort allocations for Principal Investigators, meets with them and responds to their questions. Coordinates with other departments/units/divisions regarding multi investigator grants.• Serves as department contact for annual audits and agency site visits.Academic Affairs: January 2020 - March 2023• Assists with managing the day-to-day operations of faculty affair programs.• Serve as a resource for program information. Resolves problems or questions referred by program staff, University administrators, or other contingencies.• Gathers and analyzes data for possible solutions for faculty-related issues.• Process job postings for faculty and other academic appointments.

Production• Schedule production runs balancing the needs of the customers, inventory and effeciency.• Maintain raw material inventory working with outside venders to order new material and resolve quality issues. • Package and ship the finished product when needed.• Assist customers with custom layouts based on the limitations of production• Troubleshoot, repair and document breakdowns with production equipment.IT Support• Provide tech support for company PCs and network.• Transitioned the inventory and accounting system from a proprietary DOS based system to QuickBooks. • Maintain the QuickBooks company file.• Maintain the product packaging insert database.
