ICAS will attempt to integrate all sources of network data in a federated database to enable reasoning across the enterprise. -

Worked with research scientists to analyze primary genomic structure and developed vector embeddings and vector search algorithm for detecting similar sub-regions based on a selected reference region. Product was used for identifying possible new drugs by selecting a known active region of a common drug and searching a database of unknown compounds for similar regions. Was responsible for managing the design and implementation of the product, in Java, from concept to completion.
