Led and directed deal teams on numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Advised on all matters regarding SEC reporting and compliance. Managed and directed all litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.Spearheaded complex negotiations with various regulatory authorities. Proactively identified and instituted solutions eliminating or mitigating enterprise risks. Negotiated key commercial contracts, including significant joint venture to outsource direct purchase business.Acted as interim leader of HR department for one year.
