Training consisted of classes on the Military Decision Making Process, Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations, Base Defense Operations, and RSOI. Served as the Battle Captain for the two-week exercise, responding to all injects, coordinating the staff, and updating products for higher headquarters daily.- Served as the Installation Operations Center (IOC) manager.- Completed 21 FEMA online courses and earned CP-12 Emergency Management Level 1 certification.- Planned, resourced, led and evaluated an Airfield Accident Training Exercise to refine garrison SOPs and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in response to a catastrophic event.
